A multimodal LLM sets up whole-slide IHC quantification from one slide and reproduces a published study
Given one slide and one sentence, a multimodal LLM set up α-SMA positive-area measurement and measured all 57 slides of a published mouse study. Its numbers match the authors' QuPath values (Pearson r = 0.966) and reach the same treatment conclusions.
